Betty Crocker Blueberry Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups original bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup very ripe banana, mashed (about 2 large)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350ºf. grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
