No-work No-fat Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ounce fast rising yeast
  • 1 1/3 cups warm water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour, more as needed

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • 2 mix egg whites, salt and granulated sugar
  • 3 add this to 3-3.5 cups of all-purpose flour.
  • 4 mix with a "wooden spoon."
  • 5 spray loaf pan with a non-stick cooking spray & fill with dough.
  • 6 let rise 40-60 minutes in the oven at its lowest setting until dough is almost to the top of the pan.
  • 7 set oven up to 350 degrees. bake for 35 minutes.
