No-fry Egg In The Whole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 toast bread and lightly butter.
  • 2 using cookie cutter cut a section out of center of toast big enough to hold an egg.
  • 3 place toast on microwavable plate and break an egg into the hole.
  • 4 microwave on high for 1 minute.
