Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 egg
 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
 - raisins, soaked in warm water and drained (optional)
 - 2 cups buttermilk
 
Recipe
- 1 mix together dry ingredients add rest of ingredients except for raisins.
 - 2 add raisins to mixture.
 - 3 bake in a preheated oven in a greased cast iron skillet for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
