Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius. grease the bottom only of 12 muffin tins, or line with foil/paper cups.
- 2 in a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
- 3 in a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- 4 add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. stir until just combined.
- 5 divide batter into 12 muffin tins and bake for 17 minutes.
