No Nut Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 -4 bananas, smashed
  • 1/3 cup butter (5 1/3 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven for 350 degrees.
  • 2 smash bananas in a bowl. mix together butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla and then put the bananas in the mixture and stir.
