Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 italian bread (cut in half lengthwise)
- margarine
- dijon mustard (we use french's) or sweet onion (we use french's)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb side bacon, cooked diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 5 chives, minced
Recipe
- 1 cut bread lengthwise and spread lightly with margarine.
- 2 spread mustard on bread.
- 3 sprinkle cheddar on both halves.
- 4 sprinkle chopped bacon.
- 5 sprinkle onion and chives.
- 6 place on a cookie sheet and broil until cheese is melted and bread looks toasted!
