No Sugar Added Peachy Banana Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 cup cherry vanilla low sugar yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix all your dry ingredients in a large bowl. make sure to incorporate the baking power thoroughly!
  • 2 cut up peaches into small pieces (they will be 'chunks' in the bread. i prefer small chunks).
  • 3 beat egg in a medium bowl. add oil, bananas and a quarter of the peaches to the egg. mix well. add yogurt.
  • 4 fold wet mixture into dry mixture until all the flour is moist.
  • 5 fold peaches into mixture.
  • 6 pour mixture into a greased bread pan.
  • 7 bake at 375 degrees until middle is no longer sticky when poked with a knife.
