Irish Soda Bread

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
  • 1 cup golden raisin
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350ºf.
  • 2 lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with.

  • 4 in a large bowl, stir the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.
  • 5 in a separate bowl, beat the eggs, buttermilk, and oil together.
