Grandma Ruth's Popovers

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup wondra flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 stir the ingredients with a fork!
  • 2 heavily grease 6 deep custard cups.
  • 3 beat eggs slightly.
  • 4 add milk, wondra and salt.
  • 5 stir lightly with a fork.
  • 6 fill cups 3/4 full.
  • 7 bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until light brown.
  • 8 do not over cook!
