Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup wondra flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 stir the ingredients with a fork!
- 2 heavily grease 6 deep custard cups.
- 3 beat eggs slightly.
- 4 add milk, wondra and salt.
- 5 stir lightly with a fork.
- 6 fill cups 3/4 full.
- 7 bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until light brown.
- 8 do not over cook!
