Garlic Popovers

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup wondra flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Recipe
- 1 heat over to 450 degrees.
- 2 generously grease 8 medium muffin cups.
- 3 stir all ingredients with fork just until smooth (do not over-stir).
- 4 fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
- 5 bake 20 minutes then lower oven temperature to 350 degrees.
- 6 bake 20 minutes longer, until a deep golden brown.
- 7 immediately remove from cups and serve hot. note-to keep popovers warm, turn off oven and leave cups in over no longer than 15 minutes.
