Ingredients

- 3 cups whole wheat flour (the good stuff)
- 3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 9 -10 ounces warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (1 packet, i use fleischmans)
Recipe
- 1 put the ingredients in your abm in the order your manufacturer recommends.
- 2 dont use the rapid rise cycle on your machine as a longer, slower rise helps develop the flavor.
- 3 i use this for rolls or for loaves.
- 4 enjoy.
