Moist And Healthy Banana Muffins

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 17 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3 really ripe bananas, mashed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f
  • 2 line 12 muffin tins with paper muffin cups or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3 sift dry ingredients together.
  • 4 add all liquid ingredients; mix.(don't over mix)
  • 5 fill muffins tins 3/4 full.
  • 6 bake in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
