Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 3 really ripe bananas, mashed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f
- 2 line 12 muffin tins with paper muffin cups or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- 3 sift dry ingredients together.
- 4 add all liquid ingredients; mix.(don't over mix)
- 5 fill muffins tins 3/4 full.
- 6 bake in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
