Irresistible Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 cups blueberries
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/4 cup butter, cubed
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400 degrees.
• 2 muffins- combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
• 3 mix in vegetable oil, egg and milk.
• 4 fold in the blueberries.
• 5 grease muffin tin or use paper liners.
• 6 topping- mix sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. mix with fork and sprinkle over muffins.
• 7 fill muffin cups right to the top and sprinkle with crumb mixture.
• 8 bake 20-25 minutes.
