Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce yeast (1 packet)
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/8 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in warm water.
- 2 combine butter, molasses, honey and salt and mix well.
- 3 add yeast mix and gradually add the flours.
- 4 knead until smooth.
- 5 place in an oiled bowl and let rise until double (about 2 hours).
- 6 punch down and let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.
- 7 divide the dough in half and shape into loaves.
- 8 place the loaves in greased pans and let rise for about 1 hour.
- 9 bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
