Honey Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water (110 degrees)
- 2 (4 ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 5 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in water in large mixing bowl.
- 2 add honey and stir until melted.
- 3 add salt, oil and wheat flour and mix well.
- 4 mix in flour gradually until dough is consistency that can be kneaded.
- 5 kneed dough on floured surface for 10-15 minutes.
- 6 lightly coat a large bowl with oil.
- 7 put dough in oiled bowl and cover with damp cloth.
- 8 let rise until dough has doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
- 9 deflate.
- 10 shape dough into 2 loaves.
- 11 put loaves into 2 greased loaf pans.
- 12 let rise until 1 or 1 1/2 inches above loaf pans.
- 13 bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
- 14 let bread cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
