Honey Wheat Bread

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups warm water
  • dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups bread machine flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 combine all ingredients, knead for about seven minutes or until dough is no longer wet
  • 3 let bread rise until doubled in size.
  • 4 punch down and shape into loaves.
  • 5 let it double in size.
  • 6 bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
