Honey Wheat Bread

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 32
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 6 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast

Recipe

  • 1 add wet ingredients to bread pan of bread machine.
  • 2 add dry ingredients, ending with flour. set to dough cycle. shape dough into loaves and place into two greased bread pans.
  • 3 let rise. bake 375 35 to 40 minute let cool completely before slicing-if you can wait that long.
