- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons yeast
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup warm water
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in bread machine.
- 2 mix on dough cycle.
- 3 remove from bread pan and shape into 2 dozen dinner rolls.
- 4 let rise.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
- 6 remove from oven and brush tops with oil or butter.
- 7 cool on wire rack.
