Dilly Roll Dish

Ingredients
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup cottage cheese (warm)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons dill seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 2 1/4-2 1/2 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and
- 2 combine with warm cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg in large bowl.
- 3 add flour to cottage cheese mixture.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 let rise until double in size.
- 6 place in 2 qt casserole.
- 7 allow to rise in same dish.
- 8 bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- 9 spread with butter when done baking.
