Dillied Beer Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed
  • 2 tablespoons dill (fresh)
  • 12 ounces beer

Recipe

  • 1 grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan. preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 stir dry ingredients together and add the rest and mix well.
  • 3 bake 40-50 minutes till done.
  • 4 cool 5 minutes before cutting.
  • 5 can also toast for a crustier bread.
