Mini Focaccia Rounds

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 11 ounces refrigerated breadstick dough
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive or vegetable)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon onion, chopped (or instant minced)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • 3 remove dough from can. separate into 8 coils; do not unroll breadsticks.
  • 4 place coils on greased cookie sheets.
  • 5 press each coil into a 4-inch circle.
  • 6 drizzle with oil.
  • 7 in small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, rosemary, basil and onion.
  • 8 sprinkle over dough.
  • 9 bake for 8 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
