Low Fat Cornbread

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients.
  • 2 pour in baking pan (or you can make muffins).
  • 3 bake at 425 degrees until top splits and golden brown (about 20 minutes).
  • 4 test centre with knife/toothpick to make sure!
