Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients.
- 2 pour in baking pan (or you can make muffins).
- 3 bake at 425 degrees until top splits and golden brown (about 20 minutes).
- 4 test centre with knife/toothpick to make sure!
