• 6 slices eggplants (thick slices)
• 1 cup parsley
• 25 green olives
• 6 slices bread flour
• 3 tablespoons olive oil

• 2 cut the bread to circles. spread the sour cream mixture on breads.
• 3 brown the eggplant in olive oil.
