Perfect Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fast rising yeast (quick rise)
- 1/2-2/3 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 sift the flour and salt into large mixing bowl.
- 2 stir in yeast
- 3 make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. pour the water and oil in to the well.
- 4 mix with a spoon to a soft dough.
- 5 turn out dough on lightly floured surface and knead for about 7-10 mins until dough is smooth and elastic.
- 6 place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled its size
- 7 punch down the dough and knead again for 2-3 minutes
- 8 roll or strech out dough to fit pizza pan. top with sauce and cheese.
- 9 place in 425 f preheated over for 15-20 mins until crisp and golden.
