Low Fat Cream Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 combine flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
- 3 add the cream cheese piece by piece.
- 4 mix until you have a dough that holds together.
- 5 do not overmix.
- 6 turn the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
- 7 with a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
