Low Fat Cream Cheese Biscuits

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 combine flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
  • 3 add the cream cheese piece by piece.
  • 4 mix until you have a dough that holds together.
  • 5 do not overmix.
  • 6 turn the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  • 7 with a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
