Mackerel Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 pound smoked mackerel
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • remove any skin and bones from the mackerel, and place into the bowl of a food processor. pulse until no large pieces remain. add the cream cheese, butter, and lemon juice; process until smooth. place into a small serving bowl, and refrigerate until firmed, about 2 hours.
