Solomon Grundy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed vegetable soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • brown beef in a large skillet over medium high heat; drain fat.
  • stir in vegetable soup and water, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
