Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans mixed vegetables
  • 4 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

    Ready Time: 3 hrs 20 mins

  • in a large soup pot, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned. drain grease from the pot.
  • add chopped onion, mixed vegetables, and tomatoes. give it a stir. reduce heat, and simmer for about 3 to 4 hours. season to taste with salt and pepper.
