Pita Bread For Bread Machine

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast or 1 tablespoon bread machine yeast
Recipe
- 1 add ingredients, in order listed.
- 2 select dough cycle.
- 3 when cycle is complete, remove dough.
- 4 divide into 12 equal portions. shape each portion into a ball.
- 5 cover with a damp towel and let rest 10 minutes.
- 6 grease a baking sheet. set aside.
- 7 on a floured surface, roll each ball of dough into 6-7 inch circles.
- 8 place 2 circles of dough on prepared pan.
- 9 bake 450 degrees, 2 minutes. turn over and bake 2 minutes longer.
- 10 continue baking 2 at a time.
