Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups orange juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2/3 teaspoon orange peel
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons yeast
- 1/4 cup sherry wine (dry)
- 2/3 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 soak raisins in sherry overnight, or at least 6-8 hours.
