Orange Sherry Raisin Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2/3 teaspoon orange peel
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons yeast
  • 1/4 cup sherry wine (dry)
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 soak raisins in sherry overnight, or at least 6-8 hours.
