Low Carb Zucchini And Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely shredded unpeeled zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 ounce grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ounce shredded low-fat cheddar cheese or 1 ounce swiss cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
