Lemon Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter, sugar, add eggs and milk.
  • 2 sift and add dry ingredients.
