Custardy Popovers

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 375°f.
- 2 melt the butter and then brush it along the insides of a muffin pan.
- 3 crack the eggs into a bowl, pour in the milk, and whisk until slightly combined. then slowly whisk in the flour and salt.
- 4 pour the batter into each muffin cup until they are filled about 1/2 of the way.
- 5 bake in the oven for 25 minutes. when done remove, and then prick with a fork so they keep their shape. serve up immediately.
