Ingredients
- 2 cups all-bran cereal
- 1 1/4 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 combine cereal and milk in a medium bowl, making sure all the cereal is well coated.
- 3 let sit 5 minutes.
- 4 add egg and oil and mix until combined.
- 5 add flour and sugar and stir just until blended.
- 6 spoon into 12 paper lined muffin cups.
- 7 bake 20 minutes.
