Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 2/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup capers
Recipe
- 1 bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the onions and capers during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
