Raspberry Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°.
  • 2 will need two 12-cup muffin pans; grease 15 muffin cups.
  • 3 in a big bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and allspice.
