Orangey Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup tang orange crystals
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 mix flour, drink mix, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside.
  • 3 beat egg, milk and oil in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (batter will still be lumpy.).
  • 4 spoon evenly into 12 greased medium muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  • 5 bake 15 minute or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
