Orange-pecan Muffins

Ingredients

• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 3 cups biscuit mix
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 1/2 cups orange juice
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

• 1 beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
• 2 add biscuit mix and sugar; mix well. add remaining ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
• 3 spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
• 4 bake at 375 degrees f for 20 to 25 minutes.
