Mj's Migraine Muffins

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup demerara sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 ripe overripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 mix dry ingredients together.
- 3 combine banana, egg, buttermilk and oil.
- 4 add banana mixture to dry ingredients, stirring as little as possible, fold in chocolate chips.
- 5 bake in greased muffin pan for 15 minutes.
