Mango Cream Bread

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mashed mango
Recipe
- 1 mix flour with baking soda, set aside. cream butter, sugar. add the eggs one at a time. beat well. mix in the sour cream, mango and vanilla. add the flour. blend till all is well incorporated. pour into a well greased loaf pan.
- 2 bake 375 degrees 45-55 minutes, or till done.
