Mango Cream Bread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mashed mango

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour with baking soda, set aside. cream butter, sugar. add the eggs one at a time. beat well. mix in the sour cream, mango and vanilla. add the flour. blend till all is well incorporated. pour into a well greased loaf pan.
  • 2 bake 375 degrees 45-55 minutes, or till done.
