Low Fat Baking Mix Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 425*.
  • 2 stir all ingredients together until soft dough forms.
  • 3 drop dough by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired.
  • 4 bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
