Low Cal Tortillas

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 ounce water
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl. dough should form a ball, if this does not happen, add a little more water incrementally until it does. then cover the dough with a wet towel or cloth for 15 minutes.
  • 2 split the dough into 2 pieces and roll into balls.
  • 3 lightly flour your work surface and roll each ball into a very flat circle.
  • 4 cook in an ungreased skillet over medium heat until the tortilla starts to show brown spots.
  • 5 fill with whatever you want and enjoy!
