Lemon Bread

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 cream together butter, sugar, lemon rind.
- 2 add eggs and lemon juice.
- 3 sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- 4 add flour mix alternately with milk to batter.
- 5 pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 6 let cool 5 minutes.
