Highland Beer Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 4 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 mix all ingredients well.
  • 3 place in greased and floured muffin pan.
  • 4 bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
