High Protein Diet (cornell) Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to bread machine and set on whole wheat cycle.
