Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (use the spoon you used for the oil, and the honey won't stick to the spoon!)
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 follow manufacturer's directions for order of ingredients.
- 2 cook on bread cycle.
