High Protein Diet Bread

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup soy flour
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey (use the spoon you used for the oil, and the honey won't stick to the spoon!)
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 follow manufacturer's directions for order of ingredients.
  • 2 cook on bread cycle.
