Herb Rolls

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soft margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (heaping)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in medium bowl,mix flour and milk until just combined, using a spatula.
  • 3 fold in sugar, mayonnaise, margarine, dill weed, onion powder, and parmesan cheese.
  • 4 spoon into baking cups about 2/3-3/4 full. if you use tin cups, lightly butter spray.
  • 5 pinch herbs (i use dill) and press gently into dough (optional).
  • 6 bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned (they won't turn a real golden brown).
