Flax Meal Honey Cinnamon Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup flax seed meal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix wet ingredients.
- 2 mix dry ingredients. then combine with wet.
- 3 let batter stand 5 minutes. spoon into well-greased muffin cups (don't use paper liners).
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. (store leftovers in fridge.).
