Flax Meal Honey Cinnamon Yogurt Muffins

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix wet ingredients.
  • 2 mix dry ingredients. then combine with wet.
  • 3 let batter stand 5 minutes. spoon into well-greased muffin cups (don't use paper liners).
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. (store leftovers in fridge.).
