Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 2/3 cups beer
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
- 2 spoon into muffin tin (12 count) that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick coating or lined with muffin liners.
- 3 bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
